Role Description This is a contract-based, full-time on-site role located in Bandung for an Account Executive specializing in mortgage sales. The Account Executive will manage relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying potential leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires conducting market research to understand client needs, preparing proposals, and maintaining detailed client records.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with a focus on mortgage or related sectors Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation Proficiency in market research and understanding client requirements Ability to meet sales targets and manage projects efficiently with keen attention to detail Familiarity with the real estate or property market is highly advantageous Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in an on-site setting Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
