Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Hire, train, and assess store employeesโ productivity and performance
Maintain an orderly and presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in retail management or service, preferably within the luxury goods industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Willing to undergo a background check, including BI checking
