Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proven experience in retail management or service, preferably within the luxury goods industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Willing to undergo a background check, including BI checking
