IT Specialist

to join our growing team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting business systems, and helping the company scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for company systems and employees

Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure

Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Collaborate with different departments to improve workflows through technology

Support the integration and optimization of business tools (Zoho, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms)

Requirements

Indonesian citizen or permanent resident

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT security

Familiarity with cloud systems, ERP/CRM, or e-commerce platforms is a plus

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude
