Intermediate Pre-Sales Manager

PT RJGF International Indonesia is looking for a proactive and solution-oriented

Intermediate Pre-Sales Manager

to join our team. You will serve as the bridge between the technical needs of our clients in Jakarta and our development team, ensuring that every proposed solution effectively addresses the client's business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for designing solutions for customers in the Jakarta area by identifying, analyzing, and deeply understanding their business needs and pain points.

Coordinate extensively with our headquarters in China and domestic technical personnel to align on technical strategies.

Develop targeted solutions, drive the implementation process, and oversee the completion of product platforms and related equipment development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, IT Consulting, or similar technical/business solution roles.

Proficient in standard office software. Candidates with the ability to use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software will be highly preferred.

Excellent sense of responsibility and strong execution capability. Must be resilient, adaptable, and able to withstand work pressure and tight deadlines.

Proficient in

English , Bahasa Indonesia as a working language. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for seamless communication with the headquarters.

Must be comfortable operating in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environment, utilizing your

own laptop

and

personal devices

for daily work.
