Qualifications

Minimum Education D3 any major

Have on experience at Contact Centre and BPO Industry

Have on experience at the same role minimum 6 month

Willing for shifting hour and permanent night shift

Ability to develop training modules and evaluate service quality

Detail-oriented with a good understanding of customer service standards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (MANDATORY)

English skills is a must (minimum C1)
