Responsibilities Various referrals campaign end to end roles execution from proposal creation, fulfilment and complains handling Support cross selling initiatives to bring more acquisition Monitor and tracking campaign fulfilment Manage onboarding communication journey post-acquisition Involve in Dynara project to bring more Treasures-Lite acquisitions

Requirements Bachelor from reputable university Sound understanding in banking products and retail/ mass market segment Good communication in both spoken and written forms Good analytical and logical thinking skills Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude Strong ownership and team spirit Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment Able to converse in English and Bahasa to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
