The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
● Drive new business opportunities by identifying and securing strategic partnerships.
● Build and strengthen client networks to expand the company’s presence in the F&B market.
● Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize long-term value.
● Develop and execute business strategies with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
● Apply critical thinking and structured planning to ensure project and partnership success.
Qualifications
●
Bachelor’s degree
is required.
●
3–4 years of business development experience , preferably in
F&B
and
Lifestyle , with a focus on
merchant acquisition.
●
Extensive network of enterprise-level merchants
(excluding SMB).
● Primary focus on hunting/acquiring new merchants.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
● Demonstrated success in executing growth and business development strategies.
● Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
