What You Will Do in WeTV Organize procurement projects strategy together with stakeholders from headquarters and align with different business team, participating in the preliminary research, drafting technical specifications for vendor bids, and participating in the drafting and review of bid evaluation criteria Manage the process from demand assessment and procurement execution, coordinate with vendors among bids evaluation, follow up for the contract clauses approval process, and process above documents in the system Responsible for new supplier evaluation and onboarding, as well as updating existing supplier information Ensure proper data submissions are in-line with the standardization Coordinate and monitor any progress or bottleneck in the process and take action accordingly Other material organization work triggered by event Build good communication with stakeholders in regard to the job scope

What We Would Like to See in You High integrity and strictly follow the company procurement compliance policy Meticulous, high attention to detail, and patience with the daily operational tasks Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a Chinese company and clerical role is a plus Fluent in Mandarin for both writing and speaking is a plus
