The Multisport Curriculum Designer is responsible for creating and improving age-appropriate sports curricula that support children’s development and ensure consistent program delivery across all Sparks Sports Academy locations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging, high-quality, and age-appropriate multisport curriculum and lesson plans Align curriculum with educational objectives, child development milestones, and Sparks Sports Academy’s philosophy Ensure consistent curriculum implementation across all Sparks locations Train and support coaches to effectively deliver the curriculum Collect and analyze feedback from coaches and parents to evaluate curriculum effectiveness Continuously improve the curriculum using data, observations, and feedback Collaborate closely with curriculum managers, coaches, and operational teams to ensure strong delivery Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Education, Psychology, or a related field Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching Experience in curriculum design and development, preferably in early childhood education Background or training in early childhood education will be a strong advantage Strong interest in people development and coach/teacher development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new educational trends and teaching methods
