Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst aims to analyze Quality Assurance results for the acquisition & claim process (on

Motor Vehicles

in Asuransi Astra Retail Business ) in accordance with the applicable SOP.

Responsibilities

Make analysis and conclude the number of findings from the Quality Assurance results carried out

Create new scenarios from the results of Quality Assurance carried out

Coordinate with related teams such as workshops or internal teams on the findings and provide recommendations for improvements to the processes carried out in the claims/closure process to mitigate (reduce) the risk of fraud

Give recommendations for improvement within the scope of work and implement them

Placement: Head Office Asuransi Astra - South Jakarta.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1): Engineering/Statistics/Data Science/related;

Max. 3 years of experiences;

Fresh Graduate are welcome;

Understanding/Passionate about Automotive is a plus;

Used to work with machine learning or statistics tools are preferable;

Skills needed: (a) Strong analytical and planning skills, (b) Good communication and presentation skills,(c) Excellent problem-solving skills, (d) Want to explore and has an urge to improve with the innovative or creative ideas.
