Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all company financial and accounting activities. Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth. Manage budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and financial audits. Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial efficiency. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Lead and develop the finance & accounting team. Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

5 years

of experience in Finance & Accounting, with managerial experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation regulations. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience in corporate financial planning and management. Preferred:

CFO Training/CPA/CA/CFA

certification (a plus).
