Maintain Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile’s implementation according to regulation and pattern Ensure knowledge transfer properly and measure Ensure all process end to end in Sortation Center (SOC) follow company’s regulation Ensure all Leader and Team Member known all the process

Requirements

Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major Minimum 2 years of experience in Express/Logistics company for managing project and implementation across Indonesia Excellent in problem solving Good communication skill and leadership Understand end-to-end operations and system Willing to travel Able to operate AutoCAD Willing to be placed in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
