Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans and strategies tailored to the F&B market to achieve revenue targets.
Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market data to generate insights and improve sales strategies within the F&B industry.
Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the sales pipeline such as stock availability, delivery timelines, or customer objections, and propose effective solutions.
