We are a leading logistics and warehousing company in Indonesia seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Sales Logistic Specialist
to aggressively expand our warehouse and storage customer base. This role is focused on proactive lead generation, cold calling, networking, and closing new business opportunities in cold and dry storage services. The ideal candidate thrives on targets, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and has a strong ability to identify potential clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into long-term customers. This position requires high energy, persistence, and a strong commercial mindset to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving revenue and occupancy targets through new customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and driving sustainable business growth.
Conduct regular sales calls with prospects and existing customers, actively source and qualify leads from various channels, and maintain a strong and measurable sales pipeline.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including proposal preparation, negotiation, agreement confirmation, and closing deals in line with company pricing policies.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, secure retention, and ensure timely payment collection.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, provide market and competitor insights, and coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Requirements
Min. S1 (Bachelor) preferred to be from Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in direct sales, business development or account management, preferred working experience in Dry Warehouse/Cold Storage/Logistics industry
