Sous Chef
About The Role
Assisting Head Chef in the supervision of kitchen production, and to participating in the food production
Ensuring that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and probability margins
Supervision of kitchen staff to maintain efficient and effective operations of the department
Your Skills & Experiences
Minimum 1-2 years experience within similar role
Good communication skills
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations as well as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocol.
