- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the collection
- Drive achievement of collection
- Conduct regular coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and process improvements.
- Generate and analyze collection performance reports, identifying trends and improvement areas.
- Uphold professional ethics, discipline, and team motivation to maintain a positive work environment.
- Carry out the tasks assigned by the superior
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collection, credit management, fintech, or banking industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a team.
- Strong knowledge of collection systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with OJK regulations and compliance standards in the fintech/P2P lending sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency (Bahasa Indonesia & English/Mandarin) is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism in managing collection activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
