What The Day Will Look Like
Develop personal and team expertise to effectively address client needs by delivering distinctive, problem-solving solutions.
Share subject matter expertise openly with team members. Understand and apply best practices to meet client requirements.
Identify and promote opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and revenue growth.
Generate insights based on client needs, personal expertise, and Aon’s capabilities.
Contribute to client proposals and bid processes for both existing and prospective clients.
Prepare for client engagements by leveraging Aon’s knowledge and experience relevant to the client and/or issue.
Adapt communication style to foster stronger relationships and effective teamwork.
Seek and provide consistent, positive, and constructive feedback.
Collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and styles, ensuring client interests remain the priority.
Generate innovative ideas and share knowledge to deliver optimal solutions by diagnosing client situations.
Communicate complex concepts clearly; understand Aon’s unique value and contribute to innovative solutions.
Ensure quality control of deliverables by assessing results against established criteria. Maximize the use of all relevant tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
Plan, organize, and coordinate workload to ensure success, adjusting priorities as needed.
Provide supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure subordinates meet required performance standards.
Ensure all aspects of Aon Indonesia’s operations comply with Aon policies, protocols, local regulations, and consistently reflect Aon values.
Provide administrative support in line with Aon’s values and culture, ensuring accurate filing and maintenance of data and records.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in the insurance industry or in a role involving sales and client management.
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 5 years of working experience is highly preferred.
Relevant Indonesia insurance certifications are required or highly preferred (e.g. AAJI, APAI, CIIB, AAMAI, or other OJK‑recognized insurance qualifications).
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across client deliverables, proposals, and internal documentation.
