Financial Planning Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Financial Planning Professional

to oversee financial accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, support cost control initiatives, and act as the key liaison with Headquarters (HQ).

This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, solid analytical capability, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger (GL)

Reconcile sub-ledgers and validate all trial balance accounts

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies

Analyze operational expenditures to identify trends and variances

Provide financial insights to support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives

Collaborate with production and operations teams on cost control measures

3️⃣ Chart of Accounts (COA) Management

Manage and validate account structures within the GL system

Ensure proper account classification and accurate financial reporting

Maintain and improve accounting controls and procedures

Serve as the primary contact for financial reporting to Headquarters

Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports

Align local accounting practices with HQ policies and global standards

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting

Minimum

10 years of experience

in accounting, audit, and financial accounting in global manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards

Experience handling full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Korean language proficiency is an advantage (not mandatory)

Experience working with ERP systems is preferred

Location: West Karawang, Indonesia. Joint venture by Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution. Produces electric vehicle battery at the Karawang New Industry City.
