IT Software and Improvement Staff

Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in company systems.

Perform regular checks on employee accounts, including resigned staff.

Support system access setup (SAP, Sunfish, Web System, etc.).

Assist in managing user authorization and permissions.

Approval & System Administration Help update approval lines when there are organizational changes.

Support basic system configuration and data updates.

System & User Support Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.

Guide employees on how to use company systems properly.

Assist with system setup for new business entities if required.

Process & Project Support Support testing (UAT) before new system or process implementation.

Help prepare simple user guides and internal announcements.

Coordinate with HQ or vendors for system-related matters.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS At least Bachelor's degree in IT related field

Meticulous and detail oriented

Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply

High Proficiency in English (both Spoken and Written). Korean Speaker is a Plus point

Willing to work in SCBD, South Jakarta area
