B2B Sales Executive (IT Products)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Corporate Sales Executive to support our expansion in the B2B and government sectors. This role focuses on new business acquisition, account development, and strategic selling of IT and office technology solutions. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to company revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Actively hunt and acquire new corporate and government customers Develop and manage strong sales pipelines through prospecting, networking, and field visits Build long‑term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders Handle end‑to‑end sales process: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing Participate in tenders and project‑based sales opportunities Conduct product presentations and solution‑based selling Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth project delivery Drive cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, hardware, software, or office automation products Proven track record in new account acquisition (hunter mindset) Experience handling corporate or government clients is a plus Familiar with tender processes and project‑based sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with field work and meeting clients regularly Target‑driven, resilient, and self‑motivated Preferred Background

Experience selling IT infrastructure, devices, printing solutions, or enterprise technology Understanding of B2B buying cycles and procurement processes Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
