Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and counseling to employees and managers to support the resolution of workplace issues, grievances, and interpersonal conflicts
Review and administer employee disciplinary actions (warning letters, suspension, termination) to ensure fairness, policy adherence, and legal compliance
Maintain and strengthen positive employee relations through engagement initiatives, communication channels, feedback mechanisms, and relationship‑building activities
Monitor and ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, employment contracts, working hours, compensation practices, and workplace conditions
Manage employee conflict mediation, workplace investigations, case documentation, and recommendations to support a harmonious and productive work environment
Facilitate communication and socialization of HR policies, code of conduct, company regulations, compensation, and benefits to employees and supervisors
Coordinate Mutual Termination Agreement (PB) registration and support interactions with external labor authorities (Disnaker), mediators, or legal advisors when required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Minimum
2–4 years
of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (Manpower Law, Job Creation Law, implementing regulations, company regulations, collective agreements, etc.)
Experience handling disciplinary actions, employment disputes, and termination processes
Strong communication, negotiation, mediation, and conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with employees, leaders, and external authorities
High level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and objectivity
