Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily activities of the finance and accounting department to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports

Developing and implementing departmental controls and procedures to ensure efficient operations without compromising accuracy

Analyzing financial data and generating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as necessary

Assisting other departments in developing strategies, setting objectives, and making decisions that may impact the business financially

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3 - 5 years experience as Accounting manager position

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles

Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data
