Responsibilities
To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning
Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Must have at least 2-3 years in product management, product marketing, or solution sales within the IT security or networking industry
Experience working in an IT distributor, principal/vendor, or system integrator environment will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, go-to-market plans, and business growth initiatives.
Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
