Junior Finance and Accountant Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting financial integrity of our client by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant accounting practices. You will support informed decision-making by providing precise financial data, safeguarding assets, and contributing to the organization's overall fiscal health and success. This role is

Hybrid

(2 days WFH, 3 days WFO in Central Jakarta). Responsibilities

Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing and payment tracking. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) by managing vendor invoices and timely disbursements. Support month-end closings and ensure accurate financial records. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. Assist with financial reporting and day-to-day finance administrative tasks. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
