Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuta for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will oversee project schedules, assist in planning and coordination, manage project documentation, and monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Daily tasks include liaising with team members, clients, and third parties, maintaining project files, creating status reports, and assisting with resource allocation. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Project Planning, Project Coordination, and Task Management

Expertise in Maintaining Documentation, Report Generation, and Record-keeping

Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to Utilize Project Management Software and Tools Effectively

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

Previous experience in project administration or a related field

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred
