Technical Manager

Ensure effective customer visit planning and implementation

Oversee application development and technical service reports

Supervise laboratory testing and asset maintenance in accordance with standards

Investigate product issues, evaluate feedback, and ensure cost efficiency

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide appropriate technical solutions

Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and operational efficiency

Manage team development, coaching, succession planning, and performance evaluation

Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management systems

Support overall company performance and objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office

Good command of English

Willing to be placed in Gresik
