Assistant Technical Account Manager (Fresh Graduate) Manage daily communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operational processes.

Utilize proficiency in Indonesian and Mandarin to facilitate clear and effective communication with the headquarters and suppliers.

Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.

Communicate technical problems and solutions effectively to suppliers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the issues.

Maintain effective communication with local partners, customers and the headquarters to support project objectives.

Address and resolve any queries or concerns from stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Assist the deputy project manager in daily operational tasks, including preparing and managing reports.

Requirement

Bachelor degree and above in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related field.

Minimum GPA 3.2 / 4.0.

Fluent in English both oral and written.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and managerial skills.

Ability to work with teams and collaborate.

IT background, advantage if some knowledge about cloud.

Love to learn new technology with excellent ability to adapt and learn quickly.
