Responsibilities Handles reservation (system-based) and manage guests' account. Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to supervisor when necessary, and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly. Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings. Perform any other duties as required and directed by the GS Manager or Management. Responsible in performing night audit reporting.

Requirements Minimum High School Degree or Diploma from Hotel Management major At least 2 years of experience or equivalent Good communication in English Service-oriented attitude Good physical fitness to keep up with daily operation Willing to work shift-based Can join immediately by March 2023
