About the Company
We are a growing food & retail brand operating across multiple sales channels in Bali, including delivery platforms, B2B partnerships, and retail distribution points in major shopping centers.
We are looking for a structured and performance-driven Online Sales Executive to manage online sales channels, coordinate B2B and retail sales data, and support revenue growth through strong operational control.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales Management (Grab / Gojek / Shopee Food)
Full management of delivery platform accounts
Menu updates, pricing, and product listings
Promotion execution within approved limits
Monitoring ratings and handling customer reviews
Tracking average order value and repeat orders
Weekly performance reporting
WhatsApp & Direct Orders
Managing WhatsApp Business catalog
Entering all orders into POS / CRM system
Ensuring no lost or unrecorded orders
Maintaining and updating B2B client database
Recording all B2B orders in CRM
Preparing structured B2B sales reports
Responding to all customer reviews
Following up with customers after delivery
Event Support (Limited Scope)
Digital support for exhibitions and events
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
with
Fluent English (mandatory)
Experience with Grab / Gojek / Shopee platforms
Experience with CRM or POS systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage structured sales and inventory data
High level of organization and accountability
