1. Guest Services
Organize and manage guest check-in and check-out
Personally welcome guests and support them during their stay
Respond quickly to guest requests, questions, and complaints
Create a friendly, comfortable, and trust‑based atmosphere
Provide personalized service and premium guest experience
Handle VIP guests and non‑standard situations
2. Bookings, Extensions & Cross‑Sales
Control current bookings across all company properties
Communicate with booking department and management company
Offer and organize stay extensions
Inform guests about direct booking options and repeat stays
Promote other company properties and organize guest relocation if needed
3. SPA Daily Operations
Full responsibility for daily SPA operations
Control service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience in SPA
Manage schedule, room occupancy, and therapists’ workload
Optimize processes to increase efficiency and revenue
4. SPA Team Management
Hire, onboard, and train SPA therapists and administrators
Control discipline, motivation, and performance
Create work schedules and control working hours
Develop the team and reduce staff turnover
