SUPERVISOR EXIM (URGENT)

PT MENKING NEW MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA , with Jiangxi Fanda Building Materials Co., Ltd. (99%) and Jiangxi Hangda New Materials Co., Ltd. (1%), is building a global fiberglass door and window production facility in the Wanxinda Industrial Park, Batang, Batang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Fanda Building Materials will provide a mature manufacturing system and export channels, while Hangda New Materials will inject innovative material technologies. The facility is currently renting a 19,233-square-meter land area and 15,062-square-meter building area from

will operate four production lines and recruit approximately 200 employees, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 fiberglass doors, initially all of which will be exported.

Qualification

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and experience using the CEISA 4.0 system.

Have a proven ability to prepare and process customs documents independently.

Deep understanding of international shipping documents (BL, FCR, COO, Packing List, Invoice, etc.).

Excellent coordination and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

Experience in handling bonded zone application and setup for newly established companies will be a significant plus.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.

Job Description

Ensure that all export and import operations comply with Indonesian customs laws and regulations, including bonded zone management.

Prepare, review, and control all customs documentation through CEISA 4.0 (PIB, PEB, BC 4.0, BC 2.3, BC 2.7, BC 3.0, and others).

Manage and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt (FCR), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other supporting documents.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments (Production, PPIC, Finance) and external parties (Customs Office, EMKL, Shipping Lines, and other related agencies).

Monitor export and import shipment status to ensure smooth flow of goods and documentation.

Supervise customs audit processes and ensure compliance with bonded zone regulations.

Analyze and optimize export-import costs to improve operational efficiency.

Prepare periodic reports on export-import and customs activities for management review.
