The Opportunity
We are seeking a vibrant, dynamic, and an out of the box performer to join our Rocktree team as a; Financial Reporting Manager to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This is a Group‑level position responsible for financial reporting, consolidation and audit coordination for all Rocktree legal entities across multiple countries.
Your contributions to our joint success
Ensure compliance towards accounting standard (IFRS) within the Group
Lead and manage audit processes across the Group, such as audit scheduling, interim works, field work, required accounting memos, schedules, FS drafts, notes and disclosures and finalizing the FS, individual entities or consolidated, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of statutory audits and Group level audited Financials
Preparing necessary accounting memo required for the audit process
Assist Group Financial Controller in maintaining and implementing Group accounting policy
Financial Statement (IFRS) drafting (notes and disclosures)
Working closely with external auditors, sharing information, FS preparations and other related activities
Ensure timely delivery of audited financials
Feeds financial data required for loan covenant monitoring/testing
Supporting internal reporting process; month-end and year-end processes
Assisting implementation of Accounting Policies within Group
Collaborate with Finance team across different entities and countries
Ensuring consistent bookkeeping/allocation throughout the Group
Responsible for Financial Reporting data/library of Rocktree Group
Maintaining periodic consolidation reports
Ensuring consistency across financial reports
Skills which will aid your success
Accounting Degree or equivalent professional certification (CA, CPA, equivalent)
5 years of experience with reputable audit firm as assistant manager or higher
Experienced in financial reporting, including consolidation of group entities
Experience with managing audit globally
Proficient in English
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PPT
Basic problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Able to work independently
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPS
Deep understanding of audit procedures and statutory requirements
Ability to work across multiple entities, countries, and time zones
Strong ethics and governance mindset
Highly organized and good with time management
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
