The primary responsibility is to lead accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. The role contributes to the business success by leading a high‑performance team to deliver great work. They are also responsible for crafting meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and for acting as a key interface between the organisation and our clients.

Key Outcomes
Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).
Lead projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.
Ensure a good quality of research materials.
Develop in‑depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients.
Be a brilliant communicator that is able to articulate insights (both in writing and in‑person/presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
Lead or supervise daily communication with clients.
Develop positive relationships with clients to the extent they actively seek your opinions, information and advice.
Mentor and develop team members through constructive feedback to identify areas of strength, and areas required for improvement.
Key Capabilities
With at least 6 years of proven experience in a market research agency or research projects, with great exposure in qualitative studies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful.
Good research knowledge – know and can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights with strong analytical skills and qualitative research background to understand complex methodological concepts.
