Key Responsibilities

Develop Training Modules

– Create structured, engaging content for agents and leaders, covering sales, Sharia concepts, product knowledge, and leadership.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

– Work with internal teams and support trainers by providing accurate materials and facilitation guidelines.

Ensure Quality & Improvement

– Evaluate training effectiveness, update modules based on feedback, and maintain consistency across platforms.

Support Training Execution

– Assist in preparation, documentation, and major programs such as bootcamps and certifications.

Simplify Complex Topics

– Translate insurance concepts into easy-to-understand materials for field application.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related field; insurance certification is a plus.

3–5 years in training development or agency development within the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance business; familiarity with Sharia concepts preferred.

Experience creating learning modules, presentations, e-learning content, and curriculum design.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to engage adult learners.

Ability to translate business challenges into practical training solutions; creative and detail-oriented.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, LMS platforms; strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
