HR & GA Officer [Part-Time]

What You’ll Do

Support global HR operations and administrative processes, including but not limited to interviewing candidates, onboarding and offboarding employees, updating employee databases, and managing job advertisements;

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, plans, and programs (e.g., 360° feedback, HR partner meetings, trainings, and events);

Support employee engagement initiatives;

Perform administrative duties, including data entry, office supplies management, and other daily operational activities;

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or General Affairs, preferably in a start-up environment;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Passion for learning new things, especially related to blockchain;

Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus);

Strong time management and organizational skills;

Excellent multitasking ability, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail.
