Skill & Experiences Has experience at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years. (1-4) Strong leadership and good team player (1-3) Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader (1-3) High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance High level of customer service Strong analytical skills with cost and expenses focus (1-3) Adequate education on position applied and preferably (1-4) Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage (1-4) Strong in revenue driven.
