Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Officer About the role

PT. Orthocare Indonesia, a reputable healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a contract basis. Based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, this role is critical in ensuring the smooth operations of our accounting processes.

PT Orthocare Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to handle the company’s

AR & AP

functions. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out AR & AP tasks while also providing expertise and strategic insights to support our long‑term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

Receive, verify, and record vendor invoices in the accounting system.

Ensure proper 3‑way matching (PO – GRN – Invoice) before posting.

Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments.

Maintain AP aging reports and reconcile vendor balances monthly.

Record all supplier advances, down payments, and prepayments accurately.

Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse for invoice verification.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Create and issue customer invoices promptly after delivery or service completion.

Record collections and apply them accurately to customer accounts.

Monitor AR aging and follow up overdue accounts weekly.

Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service for collection issues.

Prepare monthly AR reconciliation and balance confirmation letters.

Support management with AR forecast and collection reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.

Strong understanding of AP & AR processes, including invoice verification, 3‑way matching, aging analysis, and reconciliations.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.).

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

Good analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service).

Strong communication skills for vendor coordination and customer follow‑ups.

Able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced working environment.

Integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility.

Workdays : Monday to Saturday.

Work placement : Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
