About the Role We are seeking an experienced Final Stage Project Manager to oversee the completion of a 5-storey residential construction project currently at approximately 80% progress.

This role focuses on schedule recovery, finishing-stage coordination, quality control, MEP completion, and structured handover preparation. Strong on-site presence and assertive coordination with contractors are essential.

Key Responsibilities Conduct full site audit and validate current project status

Develop and manage revised completion schedule

Supervise daily site activities and subcontractor coordination

Coordinate MEP installation, testing, and commissioning

Ensure waterproofing inspections and system testing are completed properly

Prepare and manage defect / punch list

Monitor manpower allocation and enforce execution discipline

Submit weekly progress reports with photo documentation

Escalate risks affecting timeline, cost, or quality

Requirements Minimum 7 years of residential construction experience

Strong background in finishing-stage works

Experience managing subcontractors directly on-site

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proven track record of completing projects to handover stage

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and execution-focused

Preferred Experience handling multi-storey residential homes

Experience managing delayed or recovery-stage projects

Strong communication and coordination ability
