Fit Out Supervisor

Overview

Review and develop layout plans, construction drawings, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams (including regional BD) and external vendors to support project planning and readiness. Supervise retail store construction, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure timely defect rectification. Analyze project costs and store repair data to recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies. Ensure smooth handover processes through joint inspections and accurate final documentation. Maintain organized project documentation for traceability and compliance. Manage minor store maintenance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards and system. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail construction or fit-out projects. Familiar with construction supervision, quality control, and fit-out practices. Able to read and review technical drawings; proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Good coordination and communication skills. Proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines. Willing to travel for project needs. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
