responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive team member

monitor daily operations

of our Online Academy and ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities (Monitoring & Customer Support)

Monitor daily operations of the

Online Academy (Kajabi) Check member access, content availability, and platform flow Handle

customer support inquiries

via email, chat, or DM using prepared templates Escalate technical, payment, or sensitive cases to the management team Monitor basic automation systems (ManyChat & email) to ensure they run properly Upload and schedule social media content Create simple visuals using

Canva

(based on existing templates) Coordinate tasks and updates via

Slack Prepare basic reports on issues, feedback, and system performance Requirements

Previous experience in

customer service / customer support

(online or digital) Experience with

Kajabi

(online courses, email, basic automation) Patient, polite, and professional in handling customer communication Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable using: Slack Basic understanding of automation tools (ManyChat, email broadcast) Able to follow SOPs and templates accurately English is a MUST

(written & reading; speaking is a plus) Willing to learn and improve How many years' experience do you have as a Monitoring Officer?
