Your Responsibilities · Active sales and customer support in the field service and from the home office. · New customer acquisition, identifying and acquiring customers. · Sales and product presentations for customers and at events. · Monitoring trends, markets, potentials, and competition. · Close communication and coordination with the sales team. · Collaboration with the internal sales department and service. · Ensuring sales and revenue targets are met.

Your Profile Do you already have experience with various drilling technologies (Rotary Drilling, Percussion Drilling Top Hammer Drilling, Down the hole Drilling (DTH)) , and do you have a successfully completed technical or commercially oriented education and/or a university degree in a technical field? Key Requirements: · Proven track record in successful business closing and consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. · Dealer experience and network are essential. · A person well versed in sales structures and a team player. · Self-driven for growth and change. · Technical knowledge and application ideas - Expertise in: Boring Technology, Drill Pipes, Disc Cutters and Augers as well as Injection Technology. · Knowledge in some of the following key segments: Exploration / Geothermal Energy / Water Well / Foundation Drilling / Mining / Oil & Gas · Strong network within Distribution sales in Europe. · 5-10 years of working experience in the industry. · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Understanding of customer needs and consultative experience skills · Very good German and English language skills · Able to travel · Familiar with office applications and CRM system
