PTETI located in Sidoarjo – East Java, Indonesia. The company processes wet-blue into high quality finished leather. Role Overview

We welcome professionals to join our team as a

Quality Manager.

This role is aimed at developing Quality System by assurance and controlling (QA & QC) to ensure finished leather output meets high-quality standard and lead continuous improvement across our operational processes. This role is critical to elevate quality excellence in every leather making stages. The role within will be included, but not limited to :

Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control (QA & QC) team in executing and verification quality processes. Drive system to ensure data accuracy, documentation traceability, and quality workflow integration. Manage and improve procedures including product sampling, traceability, calibration, and product handling. Lead CAPA process ownership using Root Cause Analysis toolkits and Continuous Improvement frameworks. Drive strong collaboration with production & technical team to ensure quality consistency. Analyze performance trends and report insight to drive improvement actions.

About Candidate Experienced in manufacturing quality system and continuous improvement framework (PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related background, with proven at least

7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing

and 5 years in managerial/section leader level Demonstrate strong leadership skill Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellence in data analytical skills and attention to details Proven skills in SAP system, Ms. Excel, and Power BI analysis Excellence in coordination, follow up and communication skills Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English Let’s embark on your career milestone with us, a multinational and dynamic working environment.
