Job Description

Perform day‑to‑day accounts receivable operations and account reconciliations during month‑end closing.

Review accounts receivable transactions, monitor aging reports, and proactively follow up with partners to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

Propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements to continuously increase the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes.

Collaborate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams, such as IT, to address significant issues, track progress, and resolve problems.

Prepare and present regular AR performance reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for management and stakeholders.

Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from financial systems to support AR analysis and reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Handle ad hoc issues and projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.

Proficient in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with a strong analytical mindset to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in a multinational company and/or the e‑commerce industry is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving abilities, prioritization, proactive approach, and teamwork, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
