Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Oversee employee relations, addressing any concerns or grievances to promote a harmonious work environment.
Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Payroll Administration
Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage employee benefits
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Ensure all HR and general affairs activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
Proven experience in managing employee administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
