Responsibilities

Lead and drive sales network team to achieve the best target

Set and develop action plan and execute sales strategy in the respective area

Negotiate with partners to implement potential activities

Schedule regular visit to all types of partners and understand partners’ business to identify potential to maximize results.

Exhibiting leadership by sharing best practice across districts.

Requirements

Min 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferred from Multifinance or Banking Sector)

Proven leadership by leading min. 200 - 500 team members

Strong market understanding in specific area

Strong partnership and leadership skill

Willing to work at Jayapura or Sorong Papua.
