Area Sales Manager
Mazda Indonesia is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead dealer sales operations, strengthen customer experience, and deliver consistent growth across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise dealer sales teams within assigned areas
Monitor sales performance and implement effective sales strategies
Ensure sales process compliance and excellent customer satisfaction
Conduct regular dealer visits, coaching, and performance reviews
Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and network development teams
Support new model launches and national sales campaigns
Prepare area performance reports and competitor analysis
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong dealer management and coaching capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Target-driven with proven achievements
Able to travel frequently
