Experience : 1-2 year experiences, fresh graduates from reputable university are welcome to apply.

Skills : Familiarity with FMGC production and manufacturing processes, including injection molding, die-cutting, and extrusion, as well as knowledge of quality control standards.

Innovation :

Ability to create innovative packaging designs that balance aesthetics, functionality and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management Skills:

Proven track record of managing FMGC product development timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams/business partner, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct feasibility studies, assess material cost and perform risk analyses to ensure market-ready products.

Attitude : Analytical & Logic Thinking, Communicative, Collaborative, Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities Develop innovative and functional packaging designs that meet customer requirements, ensuring that new products align with brand standards and market demands.

Research and select suitable materials for packaging solutions, prioritizing quality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Execute product development strategy, product preposition, competitive differentiation as a value added for product.

Create new product/ program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis.

Manage day to day FMGC product, handling complaint and problem solving.

Monitoring & evaluation on supply chain (design, production, stock, logistic, buyer)

Manage multiple challenging projects, analyse & propose business models.

Assess current state and define business solutions.

Interact with various teams across business partner.
