Graphic Designer

Responsibilities Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading design initiatives, including creating visual concepts, designing branding materials, logos, and marketing assets. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative team and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives. Develop and maintain the entire design process from concept to final execution across various branding and promotional materials, including print advertisements, packaging, social media assets, website visuals, and POSM materials. Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Creative, Motion, and 3D divisions) to produce cohesive and impactful visual content. Utilise AI tools to enhance key visuals, optimise design workflows, and improve overall production efficiency while staying up to date with the latest AI and design trends. Conduct regular research and analysis of visual and creative trends to elevate design quality and ensure brand consistency in client pitching decks and marketing assets. Create and adapt designs for both online and offline marketing channels to strengthen the client's brand presence. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for clients across all communication and social media touchpoints Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Provide creative direction, guidance, and feedback to the Graphic Design team to maintain excellence and consistency in all deliverables.

Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar creative role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, motion, and POSM design. Highly creative with excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
