We are looking for a

Technical Manager

who will not only manage current machine operations but also

anticipate future factory requirements , lead technical upgrades, and support Allure’s transformation into an AI-enabled, high-performance manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Machinery & Equipment Management Future Machinery Planning & Strategic Alignment Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives Maintenance Leadership Technical Improvement & Workshop Efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 5–10 years of experience in technical management within manufacturing (aluminum, metal, glass, or building materials preferred). Strong hands-on troubleshooting capabilities. Experience with new machine procurement, installation, and commissioning. Familiarity with AI, IoT, or digital factory systems is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
