Responsibilities Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh tim

(Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant, Customer Service, Housekeeping, dan Instruktur).

Memastikan target penjualan

tercapai setiap bulan.

Mengelola operasional club

agar selalu bersih, rapih, dan berjalan sesuai standar MegaFit.

Melakukan coaching, mentoring, dan evaluasi

kinerja staff.

Menjaga kualitas kelas olahraga , termasuk jumlah partisipan dan performa instruktur.

Qualifications Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Manager, lebih disukai di industri fitness, hospitality, atau retail.

Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.

Mampu bekerja sama dengan berbagai tim (sales, marketing, operasional).

Memiliki passion di bidang fitness & healthy lifestyle menjadi nilai plus.
